Dr Mogelnicki is everything you want in a doctor. She is very knowledgeable in her field plus has a bubbly personality to match. She listens to your needs and matches them with her skills.

I have used (for 20+ years), use now, and will continue to use, The Orthopaedic Center in general and Dr. Chalkin in particular as my ortho physician. With stellar care comes excellence in action at The Orthopaedic Center and from Dr. Chalkin.

Dr. Chalkin is one of the best out there. I broke my knuckle on my dominant hand, and was set to go on a 32-show tour with my band as the drummer playing fast punk rock music, just a week later. With that being said, I was worried that I would not get a doctor that would listen to my situation and give me every option/possibility to heal my hand properly as well as still go on my tour, as cancelling was not in option in my mind. Dr. Chalkin really listened + understood my situation, and was able to give me the possibility to heal my hand properly while still go on tour, so thank you so much again for taking the time to help me. (Tour has been well, as you can see in the picture I’ve been able to make it work! The cast has immobilized the thumb so that it doesn’t move + heal properly, all while I’m able to adjust my grip on the drum stick to still play but not move the thumb or interfere with the thumb healing). Looking forward to the healing process afterwards!
