Dr Mittal and his staff are superb. He is friendly, forthright, and lives up to his reputation of being the best in the business. I'm 69 years old and playing ice hockey better than ever thanks to Dr Mittal. I was back at practice, then playing tournaments well within 6 months The teamwork of his staff is impressive. Every phase of the operation from pre-op to surgery to post-op was well coordinated, no detail overlooked I'm playing hockey, kick-starting my Harley Shovelhead, and riding horses better than I have in years, and all completely pain free I love my new knee and the freedom it gives me

Dr. Chalkin is excellent. Very kind and professional. Everyone I encountered in the office was very pleasant and helpful. Sometimes wait is longer than we might want, but I think the staff does a great job of caring for all the people needing to be seen.

I had a total knee joint replacement at The Orthopaedic Center 2/11/26. Staff really knows what they are doing! They are kind, attentive to you needs, and answer any questions you may have. They were reassuring that everything would go well, and it did. I highly reccomend their services!

Dr. Mittal did an excellent job on my knee replacement. The staff that works with him at the hospital were exceptional. Four weeks today had surgery, and it has went very well. If I could change a couple of things at the office I wish the wait time to see Dr. Mittal was closer to appointment times. And wish I could of seen Dr. Mittal before and after my surgery, and also the followup visit. I understand Dr. Mittal is very busy. I would recommend Dr. Mittal to anyone having knee surgery and wants a fast recovery, and hardly any scar. Thank you Dr. Mittal. MH

They are very efficient when it comes to scheduling appointments, and that part of the office runs smoothly. However, communication after the appointment is extremely frustrating. It’s nearly impossible to speak directly with the doctor, nurse, or assistant if you have follow-up questions. After my shoulder replacement, my PA did not clarify whether my lifting restrictions changed at the three-month mark. I’ve since tried to get that information, but there is no direct way to contact her. Better follow-up communication and patient access would make a big difference in the overall experience.
