Dr. Blackman and Chaulkin both operated on me. They both understand Ehlers Danlos and how to treat me. They are the most compassionate Docs. Dr. Chaulkin is going to revise my shoulder asap . I saw 3 other orthopedic docs about my shoulder and they said nothing could be done. Dr. Chaulkin said he will try his best to fix me.

I had an excellent experience. From the staff up front, the medical student and doctor. It was a very pleasant experience.

Update: 6 years later, I have right knee injury preventing me from bending my knee after breaking my left ankle a few months ago (it's been a very rough 2025 so far and it's not even May!). I am hoping to get my right knee fixed with Dr. Mittal, but it's extremely difficult to be seen by him now. I am saw Dr. Palomino for my right knee and saw Dr. Hansen for my left broken ankle. MRI was faxed 4/15/25, but Touchstone Imaging never received the MRI order, so 2 weeks later... I still can't bend my right knee and I am hoping to get this knee issue resolved quickly and out of pain. After suffering for over 26 years with multiple knee dislocations, many different orthopedic doctors, and a lot of physical therapy, this doctor and his awesome staff found my issues right away! Amazing! I can't say enough great things. Dr. Mittal and his fantastic team is very passionate about helping people, full of integrity, and really listen. They are giving me and my daughter back our lives by helping resolve our knee disorders. 🙏 So many thanks. I will be forever grateful.

Great staff never waited more than 15 mins even when I was squeezed in. Dr. Chalkin staff very professional and very friendly. The only negative I have is mrs. Ballard stay away from her her bedside manner is the absolute worst I had better service from Naval doctors as a Marine in the fleet Marine Corps her service is an absolute joke the doctor toxins is an amazing Dr and the other medical assistant at his that I seen today was amazing

Dr Mittal is awesome I was walking without assistance of any form 3 weeks after my total hip replacement. I would highly reccomend him to anyone my pain level was low within a couple of days after surgery. Very satisfied with his care.

I am a patient at the new Spine & Pain Management Center. I've been suffering from chronic pain since a car crashed into my house. In the process trying to be pain free, Nichole Reynolds is the only person that has made me feel extremely cared for and supported. I'm not a number on a chart to her, I'm a person. I can tell in everything she does that she's committed to helping me live a better quality of life. I've spoken to a few of her patients in the lobby and apparently she show this level of commitment to all of her patients. Her patients trust her. NICHOLE REYNOLDS IS A GODSEND! I honestly don't know how I'd make it through without her honesty, expertise and kind heart. She's simply AMAZING!!!
