I was greeted with a nice smile and a how can I help. After I was checked in, I did not wait for more than two minutes before my name was called. After that straight to the x-ray room, then to the exam room, then Miss Ballard came in to see me within a couple of minutes. She looked at my x-rays and explained to me what I was looking at. Miss Ballard gave me a clean bill of health and sent me out front to check out. I made my follow-up appointment with the nice young lady at the window, and was back in my vehicle within 30 minutes. My experience with the Orthopedic Center has always been a good experience.
