I'm not sure to recommend or not. My first visit was good the second no so much. I waited a half hour past my appointment time before someone called me back. The person didn't apologize or even acknowledge my wait, she didn't even introduce herself. she asked me how my pain level was then told me the PA would be right in. I waited another half hour before he came just to tell me I needed another test and someone would call to schedule or I should call in a week if I don't get a call. He did discuss why the test was needed and reasons for my pain. I believe they are capable and genuine but this could have been handled with a phone call.

Everyone seems to be organized. The wait time is not too bad.

Waited almost two hours to be seen on my second visit but not as long the first time. Efficient and helpful office staff. Dr. Chalkin is wonderful.

The employees that work at The Orthopedic Center do an awesome job of taking care of their patients. I was well taken care of.

From the reception desk, medical techs and Dr. Mittal, I can always count on the very best care!
