I want to recognize and give a shout out to the Front Office Manager Robin Jones! I had an on going billing issue caused by a mistake being made. When she was notified about it, she came out from behind her desk, looked at it, and immediately knew what to do to fix the mess. With enthusiasm, she took the time to explain to me what happened, assured me she would fix it and she did. She showed me she actually cared, and did it with a smile. I felt the love she had for her job. Thank you Robin. Yiu touched me that day.
