Dr. Bernard earned his medical degree from St. Joseph University School of Medicine in Beirut , Lebanon in 1989. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Michigan State University in 1998 and is board certified.

Dr. Bernard is trained in acupuncture, spinal manual medicine, sports injuries, Botox injections and electrodiagnostic procedures.
